EPA's Plug-In To eCycling is a consumer electronics campaign working to increase the number of electronic devices collected and safely recycled in the United States. The Electronic Industries Alliance (EIA) is a national trade organization that includes the full spectrum of U.S. manufacturers. The Alliance is a partnership of electronic and high-tech associations and companies whose mission is promoting the market development and competitiveness of the U.S. high-tech industry through domestic and international policy efforts. The Polymer Alliance Zone (PAZ) is organized as a public-private partnership among the plastics industry, education, and government and is funded by public and private sector sources. The twofold mission of the Polymer Alliance Zone is: to create the most favorable business climate in the nation for the plastics industry and to produce a world-class work force that is productive, highly trained, and knowledgeable about the plastics industry. The MARCEE Team is comprised of the Polymer Alliance Zone of West Virginia, West Virginia University, DN American, EcoAsset Markets, Inc., and the Gordon Institute at Tufts University. The overall mission of MARCEE is to develop advancing technologies and processes that address growth opportunities in the industry through basic and applied research and engineering.
