The Electronic Industries Alliance (EIA) is a national trade organization

The Polymer Alliance Zone (PAZ) is organized as a public-private
partnership among the plastics industry, education, and government
and is funded by public and private sector sources. The twofold mission
of the Polymer Alliance Zone is:
- to create the most favorable business climate in the nation for the plastics industry and
- to produce a world-class work force that is productive, highly trained, and knowledgeable about the plastics industry.

The MARCEE Team is comprised of the Polymer Alliance Zone of West Virginia, West Virginia University, DN American, EcoAsset Markets, Inc., and the Gordon Institute at Tufts University.
The overall mission of MARCEE is to develop advancing technologies and processes that address growth opportunities in the industry through basic and applied research and engineering.
